Purchase growth is based on your total purchases made each quarter, compared to the previous year’s quarter. If you have not made any purchases in the previous year, the maximum tier level that can be attained is Silver.
Note - Orders receiving any special discounting, for example orders placed through Top Notch’s Large Project Estimating program, are only eligible for 1X rewards points regardless of member’s earned Growth Tier status. These purchases will, however, count toward member’s year-over-year purchase growth totals.

How We Calculate Your Rewards
Base Points/Miles
- You will earn base points/miles, beginning in the month you join the TND Rewards Program.
Tiered Bonus Points/Miles
- A minimum quarterly spend of $6,000 is required to qualify for bonus tiers.
- Quarters are defined as: Q1 (January-February-March), Q2 (April-May-June), Q3 (July-August-September), Q4 (October-November-December).
- Purchase growth is based on your total purchases made each quarter, compared to the previous year’s quarter.
- If you have not purchased in the previous year, the maximum tier level you can reach this year is Tier Level Silver.
- Tiered bonus points/miles are awarded at the end of each quarter and are based on your incremental purchases from Top Notch Distributors in that quarter regardless of when you joined the program. For example, if you join the program in May and at the end of Q2 your purchases have increased 30.2% compared to the same quarter last year, you will earn Tier Silver bonus points/miles for your Q2 growth. Your growth tier resets each quarter and to continue to receive tiered bonus points/miles, your purchases must have increased by 30% or more.

General
- Rewards are processed at the end of each month based on purchases made in that month. Please allow an additional 3 - 4 weeks for your points/miles to appear in your Account.
- Points/miles are not awarded on taxes or freight. Rewards are subtracted for all returned purchases.
- We reserve the right to modify the rewards program offers at any time with or without notice in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
